With the advent of big data era,power grid enterprises need to implement the big data construction and application.This paper introduces the features and classification of big data,as well as the challenges,in the power grid enterprises.Then it illustrates how to adapt to the big data era from the perspective of data management,technology,application drive and safety,etc.The study aims to provide some ideas for the information system construction of power grid enterprises in the big data era.
