DEA模型在电力行业应用中常见问题的研究

随着数据包络分析DEA模型在电力行业应用方面文章的不断推出,已给读者很多的启示,但在有的文献中却出现了一些问题,包括不能正确区分模型、不能科学判定决策单元的有效性、指标的选择不符合标准以及Malmquist指数分解存在理论缺陷等问题.本文立足于数据包络分析模型基本思想和假设条件,分析了在运用数据包络分析模型进行研究时出现的错误及其产生的原因,同时规范了其分析方法并提出了相关的建议.
Empirical Analysis Problems of DEA Model Applied in Electric Power Industry
The numerous publications on the DEA Model application in electric power industry have inspired researchers,but also brought about some problems in literature,for example,failure to distinguish properly between models,failure to judge scientifically decision-making units,unstandard index selection and theoretical defects in Malmquist index decomposition.This paper,based on the basic principle of DEA and assumed conditions,analyzes the mistakes we often make during practical application,normalizes the analytical method and makes some meaningful proposals.
