电动汽车因其对缓解能源危机和环境污染的贡献而受到了广泛的关注.通过建立电动汽车充放电模型和电力系统含电动汽车的发电规划模型,分析了插电式混合动力电动汽车(PHEV)对电力系统运行成本的影响,估算了未来电力系统中PHEV成本,并从成本差异间接得出智能充放电电动汽车的收益.
Modeling Methodology and Cost Estimation of Power System with Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle
Electric vehicles (EVs) have been widely concerned owing to their contribution to easing energy crisis and environmental pollution.This paper establishes a model for EV charging and discharging and a generation planning model for the power system with Evs.Thereby,it analyzes the impact of PHEV on the system operation costs and estimates future cost of PHEV in power system.The benefits of smart EVs are obtained from the cost difference of different scenarios.
