智能电网三维统计指标体系的构建研究

以建设企业级智能电网统计指标体系为目标,基于三维结构理论思想,针对智能电网统计指标体系技术环节、实用时段、特征相关性的应用需求,构建了企业级智能电网三维统计指标体系.在电网环节维度指标的基础上,细化梳理各项指标的内涵、定义、解释、统计时序等情况,构建指标部署“时序维度”的指标建议;运用专家群决策分析方法,提出了智能电网“特征维度”的指标定位建议.
Construction of the Three-Dimensional Statistical Indicator System for Smart Grid
In order to construct enterprise-level smart grid statistical index system,this paper builds up the three-dimensional statistical indicator system based on the three-dimensional structure theory,and considering the application requirements for technology,practical time and related characteristics.Based on the dimensional indicators at the grid level,all the indicators are elaborated in terms of the connotation,definition,explanation,statistical time sequence and so on.Recommending "temporal dimension" for index deployment,using expert group decision analysis method,this paper proposes the smart grid "feature dimension" as index target.
