面向LCC的基于离散粒子群的中压配电网分段优化

以分段开关接入中压配电网主馈线后系统的可靠性成本和效益为目标,基于设备全寿命周期成本理念(LCC)建立相应的优化分段数学模型.详细分析了分段开关设置对配电系统可靠性的影响,提出在任意开关配置状态下逐台增设分段开关后系统停电费用减少值的递推公式.引入离散粒子群优化(DPSO)算法进行寻优,为提高种群多样性,避免算法过早陷入局部最优解,在DPSO算法中引入遗传算法的变异和交叉算子.对IEEE RBTS-BUS6以及多个地区实际算例进行分段开关优化配置分析,仿真结果表明,随着网络规模的扩大,文中方法在寻优概率以及精度上的性能明显更优越.
Subsection Optimization of MV Distribution Network Based on LCC and DPSO Algorithm
Based on LCC,this paper establishes a subsection optimization model which includes reliability cost and reliability benefit when sectional switches are connected into main feeder in MV distribution network.The effects of sectional switches allocation on the reliability of distribution network are analyzed in detail,and the recursion formula of outage loss decrease is proposed when the sectional switch is added one by one.The discrete particle swarm optimization (DPSO) algorithm is introduced for optimization.The principles of mutation and crossover operator in genetic algorithm(GA) are adopted to DPSO algorithm to achieve better diversity and avoid local optima.The tests on IEEE RBTS-BUS6 and other distribution systems for sectional switches allocation show that with the expansion of network,the proposed method is obviously superior to other optimal algorithm in optimization probability and precision.
