Operation Risk Management System Model and Control Mechanism in Power Grid Enterprise
This paper establishea a set of index system for power grid enterprise operational risk management to monitor and analyze operation risk status in power grid enterprise,and puts forward a new mode of enterprise risk management research.Then risk management system model is built up related with power grid enterprise business process in order to take timely and effective measures to prevent risks,establish and improve risk monitoring and early-warning work flow,improve the risk control effect evaluation method,and deepen the operational risk control mechanism.This research aims to support the realization of the key performance target,implement the cooperative function among monitoring,early warning and business,and promote operating performance.
