Mechanism of Learning Organization in Electric Power Enterprises
Based on analyzing the main characteristics of learning organization,this paper explores into the key problems in the effective operation of driving the learning organization,with the spontaneity and motivation of individual learning as the breakthrough point,and from the perspective of Maslow's five-level theory,enterprise crisis management theory,and intelligent organization demands.Thereby,the drive mechanism is built up suitable for learning organization operation in electric power enterprises.
