Equipment Quality Management Under EPC for Nuclear Power Project Under Construction
The quality of the equipments in the nuclear power plant affects the nuclear security and stable operation,so its quality management is extremely significant for the nuclear power plant.This paper summarizes the key points of the equipment quality management in various construction phases under EPC,as per the nuclear safety codes,the characteristics of general contracting model and project construction phases,including procurement,design,manufacturing,installation and debugging of the equipments.Then,some quality management innovations are presented to contrapose the serious issues existing in the construction and debugging phase of the nuclear power plant.
