300 MW亚临界机组GH4145/SQ钢高温螺栓综合性能研究

作为一种以固溶强化及γ’相强化为主的镍基合金钢,GH4145/SQ钢目前广泛用于300 MW亚临界机组高温螺栓材料.项目对比分析了运行10万小时后的螺栓材料与原始材料的拉伸性能、冲击韧性、显微结构及析出相变化等特点,研究发现GH4145/SQ钢高温螺栓运行10万小时后,综合性能仍较为理想.
Comprehensive Performance of GH4145/SQ Steel High Temperature Bolt for 300MW Subcritical Units
GH4145/SQ steel,a kind of nickel-based alloy mainly reinforced in the form of solid solution strengthening and γ' phase,is commonly used for high temperature bolt in 300MW subcritical units.This research compares and analyzes between the bolt material and conventional material,after 100,000 hours' operation,in terms of their tensile properties,impact toughness,microscopic structure,precipitated phase change,etc.It has been indicated that after 100,000 hours' operation,the comprehensive performance of GH4145/SQ steel high temperature bolt is still relatively ideal.
