Empirical Study of Emergency Management for Shanghai Transmission Network Based on Scenario Analysis
In this paper,based on the blackout failures in Shanghai during the past three years,eight factors and their functions in the actual accident state and the emergency management have been analyzed,including external damage,electric equipment,personnel actions,monitoring system,communication and coordination,spare capacity,load level and grid structure.Then dynamic model is proposed and verified.The emergency contingency factors in the process of transmission network emergency management are explored further.
