上海电网风区分布特征及输电线路设计风速取值探讨

基于上海地区各气象站40年的风速统计资料,对上海地区的风速及风区特征进行了研究,认为由于统计年限较短造成各重现期风速取值偏小,提出采用用上海龙徐气象站的百年风速资料对各站40年的风速采用长序列方法进行各重现期风速进行修正,并采用修正后的风速划分了上海电网风区分布图.同时对不同重现期下不同电压等级输电线路的设计风速取值提出了建议.
The Discussions of Wind Area Distribution Characteristics and Transmission Line Designing Wind Speed in State Grid Shanghai
Based on forty years' wind speed data in every shanghai weather station and the research of wind speed and wind distribution characteristic in shanghai area,the short statistic year could cause the process of wind speed reappearing period too small.The research uses the hundred's years' wind speed data of Shanghai Long Xu weather station to correct the forty years' reappearing period wind speed data by long sequence method,and repartition State Grid Shanghai wind area distribution map,and propose the designing wind speed process in different reappearing period in different voltage level.
