变电站设备状态转移概率及其主要约束条件的研究

现代电网规模日益扩大决定了传统的事故后检修不再适用,为节约人力资源成本,在设备运行的过程中对主要输变电设备开展状态评价,并建立基于状态检修的数学模型,用以科学安排变电站设备的检修计划,这对今后电网的运维至关重要.将设备的状态转移模型视作具有马尔科夫链性质,探讨了设备状态转移概率;并从生产实际出发,重点分析了状态检修建模的三个边界条件,即电网风险、检修成本和环境条件;结合生产现场常见的设备风险、成本计算和气候影响,做了相关数学推导,藉此能指导编制检修计划.另外,将基于上述模型开展仿真计算,以便论证状态模型的实际效果.
Substation Equipment State Transition Probability and Its Main Constraints
The traditional RTF (Run Till Failure) has not been applicable for the enlarging scale of modern power grid.For cutting the labor costs,it is essential for the future grid operation and maintenance to assess the condition of main power transmission and transformation equipments in the process of equipment operation,and establish the mathematical model for CBM (Condition Based Maintenance),and scientifically arrange the substation equipment maintenance plan.This paper views that the equipment state transition model has the properties of Markov chain,and the equipment state transition probability is discussed.And starting from the actual production,it mainly analyzes the three boundary conditions for CBM modeling:the grid risk,maintenance cost and environment condition.Combined with the usual equipment risks,cost calculation and climate impact,this research conducts the relevant mathematical deduction,with a view to guiding the preparation of overhaul plan.The simulation calculation will be made based on the above model in order to demonstrate the actual effect of the state model.
