基于热稳定约束的架空输电线路静态安全分析

随着能源短缺问题日益严峻、供电可靠性要求不断提高,大幅度提高输电线路输送能力,降低输电成本势在必行,而热稳定约束是限制架空导线载荷能力的一个重要因素.在分析因载流量变化对导线温度和弧垂产生的影响基础上,建立了以导线温度计算为核心,结合潮流计算和弧垂计算的状态方程组.通过三节点电力系统的分析,提出了基于导线温度和弧垂的短时潮流控制策略.
Static Security Analysis of Overhead Transmission Lines Based on the Thermal Stability Constraint
The increasingly serious energy shortage problem leads to higher power supply reliability requirements;therefore,it is imperative to greatly improve the transmission line capacity,and reduce the transmission cost.However,thermal stability constraint is an important factor for limiting overhead conductor load capacity.Based on analyzing the impact of ampacity changes on conductor temperature and sag,this paper formulates the state equations focused on conductor temperature calculation,and combined with the power flow calculation and sag calculation.Through the analysis of three-node power system,the short-term power flow control strategy based on the conductor temperature and sag is proposed.
