Online Monitoring Realization for Substation Relay Protection Equipment Operation Condition
The periodic inspection for traditional maintenance of relay protection equipments leads to two major problems of "over maintenance" and "under maintenance".Based on the field operation maintenance statistic data in Deqing County Power Supply Company,the common faults of relay protection devices are analyzed and solutions are put forward.The online monitoring technology for substation secondary equipments is discussed.The method of collecting related electric indexes is expounded and the health condition model for each performance index is established.The weight distribution of each index helps to obtain the online monitored score and health condition evaluation about the operation condition of relay protection equipment.
