近年来,特高压直流线路工程开始采用6×JL/G2A-900/75大截面钢芯铝绞线,以提高线路的输电容量.但大截面导线的施工经验是相对欠缺的,通过对相关配套施工工艺以及大轮径张力机、高强轻型挂胶滑车、网套联接器、导线卡线器、牵引绳等施工工器具的开发研究,有效解决了六分裂900/75 mm2导线架线施工的难题,确保了施工质量及安全目标的实现.
Construction Technology and Apparatus for 6 ×900/75mm2 Large Cross-Section Overhead Conductor
In recent years,6 × JL/G2A-900/75 large cross-section steel core aluminum stranded wire has been applied in the projects of UHV DC lines in order to improve the transmission line capacity,but construction experience of large cross-section wire is relatively insufficient.Through the research and development of the relevant construction technology and apparatuses (such as the large wheel-diameter tensioner,high-strength lightweigh insulated pulley,net connector,wire line card device,traction rope,etc.),the problems in installing six-division 900/75 mm2 wire were effectively solved,and the realization of the construction quality and safety goals was ensured.
