基于可信性理论并网光伏发电系统极限容量模型研究

并网光伏发电系统极限容量计算是一个复杂问题,是分布式电源规划的基础.针对机会约束规划模型的不足,提出以可信性理论为基础的并网光伏发电容量优化模型,模型考虑了光伏发电出力、并网位置和电网负荷预测的模糊性,利用混合智能算法,通过30节点算例,对所建立模型进行验证,认为该模型更好地适应了光伏电站出力的随机性和电网负荷数据的模糊性,具有更高的鲁棒性和灵活性.
Ultimate Capacity Model of Grid-Connected PV Power Generation System Based on the Credibility Theory
The ultimate capacity calculation of grid-connected PV power generation system is a complex problem,but the basis of the distributed power supply planning.In view of the shortcomings in the chance-constrained programming model,this paper puts forward the capacity optimization model of grid-connected PV power generation system based on the credibility theory.The model takes into account the PV output,grid access position and power load forecasting fuzziness.Through 30-node calculation example,the hybrid intelligent algorithm has been used to validate the established model.It's indicated that the model can better adapt to the randomness of PV power output and the ambiguity of grid load data,superior in robustness and flexibility.
