Research on Management to Supervise the Effectiveness of Information & Telecommunication Project
With the development of information & telecommunication projects,current project management system of State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power company could not fully adapt to the demands of the new situation,Information & Telecommunication Branch researched management to supervise the effectiveness of information & telecommunication project from four fusion aspects including management system,method,means and culture,highlighted four bright spots including system construction,project management tools,evaluation index system and lean management,and constructed a whole process of the project management system to prevent integrity risks and enhance work level,thus promoted modernization of project management.
