电力调度人员业务承载力分析方法研究

在国家电网公司“大运行”体系建设日趋深入、完善的背景下,随着监控、调度业务的逐渐融合,传统电力调度业务随之发生变化,现有的调度人员配置是否能够满足日益增长的调度业务需求已是亟待解决的问题.建立了省、地、县三级调度业务承载力模型,得出现有人员与业务的匹配程度,进而初步推断出目前业务水平下较为合理的人员配置.
Analysis Method for Business Bearing Capacity of Power Dispatching Personnal
Under the background that the "Big Operation" system put forward by the state grid is being deepened and enhanced,and with the fusion of the monitoring and scheduling business,the traditional scheduling business has changed either.Consequently,whether the existing dispatching personnal allocation can meet the ever-growing demand of scheduling business becomes a problem to be solved as soon as possible.This research establishes the three-level model of the scheduling business bearing capacity for the provincial,municipal,and county scheduling,and thereby obtains the matching degree between the personnal allocation and scheduling business,then preliminarily derives the appropriate personnal allocation under the current scheduling business level.
