Grid Traveling Wave Fault Location Algorithm Based on the Phase Mode Transformation and Spectral Analysis
Reliable and accurate fault location for distribution network is the basis and prerequisite for fault isolation and removal,and power restoration.This paper proposes the grid traveling wave fault location algorithm based on the phase mode transformation and spectral analysis.This method uses phase mode transformation and derives solution to integer programming problem.The simulation results show that the algorithm is not affected by fault resistance,fault initial angle and load change,with the advantages of small overall cost,high reliability and accuracy.
