Research and Practice of EBDA System for Finance and Accounting Team Construction
In Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company,EBDA (Empower,Build,Develop an-Assign) system,as innovation means,has been applied for finance and accounting team construction.It involves the four main aspects:Empowering practice with the characteristics of on-the-job learning,Building finance and accounting system organizational learning environment,Developing ability-practice combined career development path,and Assigning EBDA system output value.With the bold attempt and pioneering innovation,a series of progress has been made in financial management improvement and finance and accounting team construction.
