System Dynamics Model Analysis of Power Grid Enterprise Debt Financing Based on FCF Theory
Power grid enterprises need large-scale funds for power grid construction.Debt financing management is an important part of the capital management in grid enterprises.This paper applies free cash flow (FCF) theory and system dynamics method,establishes debt financing model,and makes comprehensive quantitative calculation of the operational and financial factors affecting enterprise debt financing,providing reference to optimizing the debt financing management strategy in grid enterprises.
