Water/Electricity Co-Generation Unit with Turbine Condenser Replaced by Desalination Evaporator
Turbine condenser in coal-fired power plant is used to maintain the vacuum,reduce the steam condensation temperature and improve the thermal efficiency,as well as recover the condensate water.In coastal power plants with preparation of fresh water from seawater,the technical program is researched to replace turbine condenser with desalination evaporator,and integrate with turbine to form water/electricity co-generation unit.The economy analysis of the program is also conducted.
