水汽系统中钠对超(超)临界机组的影响及对策

钠的化合物(NaCl、Na2SO4、NaOH和Na2SiO3)是存在于机组水汽系统并能溶解进入蒸汽最后进入汽轮机蒸汽通道,从而威胁超(超)临界机组安全运行的“危害性杂质”.钠盐在蒸汽中的溶解度很大,易全部被蒸汽溶解携带到汽轮机,沉积在汽轮机各级叶片形成“积盐”现象.通过监督设定控制指标,提升技术手段对钠含量进行准确测量,优化化学处理系统,可以有效加以控制.
Effects of Sodium in Water-Steam System on Ultra-Supercritical Generating Units and Countermeasures
Sodium compounds (NaC1,Na2SO4,NaOH and Na2SiO3),which exist in the water-steam system of the unit and can dissolve into the steam,then enter the steam path of the turbine,are "hazardous impurities" endangering the safe operation of ultra-supercritical units.Sodium chloride has high solubility in steam,easy to be dissolved by steam and carried to the turbine,then deposits in the blades forming "salification" phenomenon.Control targets are set through monitoring,the technical means are improved for accurately measuring the sodium content,and the chemical treatment system is optimized for the effective control.
