1000MW机组凝泵变频改造可行性及效果分析

为解决1 000 MW机组工频凝泵运行时节流损失较大、凝泵电耗偏高等问题,采用将凝泵改造为变频方式拖动,并对控制逻辑进行优化,通过对比工频与变频两种方式下凝水系统参数,论证了凝泵变频改造的经济性和可靠性,节电效果显著,同时提出了深度变频的优化建议,具有较好的应用前景.
Feasibility and Effect Analysis of Condensate Pump Frequency Conversion Retrofit for 1000 MW Unit
In order to solve the problems of excessive throttling loss and high power consumption in condensate pump operation in 1000 MW unit,this research modified the condensate pump to be dragged by means of frequency conversion and optimized the control logic.The parameters of condensate system were compared in the mode of power frequency and frequency conversion and the economic efficiency and feasibility of frequency conversion of condensate pump as well as the obvious power saving was verified.Optimization suggestions are also proposed to intensify frequency conversion which has a bright application future.
