摘要
随着电力用户用电信息采集系统的发展,使得对用户侧异常用电信息实施采集成为可能.基于对窃电相关的异常用电信息进行数据挖掘,提出以在线监控为目的的窃电用户综合评价理论,并结合台区线损管理,探讨窃电嫌疑用户在线监控和分级管理方法.
Abstract
With the development of the teminal meter reading system,it is possible to acquire the user-side information about abnormal power consumption.Based on the data mining of abnormal information related with power theft,this paper proposes the comprehensive evaluation theory aiming at power theft online monitoring.Then combined with the area line loss management,it investigates the online monitoring and hierarchical management of suspected power stealers.
