关于智能电能表运行仿真试验及评价方法的探讨

摘要
结合智能电能表各类现场运行条件,提出建立一套在实验室内进行的运行仿真试验及评价方法,以提前考核衡量智能电能表的运行性能.为充分符合智能电能表现场运行条件,并有别于智能电能表全性能试验,体现运行仿真试验特点,遵循一致性、区别性和可操作性原则,提出能够最大程度模拟复现智能电能表现场运行环境的运行仿真试验平台架构以及运行仿真试验方案,基于方案开展对智能电能表运行性能的评价,并在最后给出了应用实例.
Abstract
In combination with various on-site operation conditions of smart meters,this paper proposes establishing operation simulation experiments and operating performance evaluations to test operating performance of smart meters in advance.In order to meet with on-site operation conditions of smart meters and be different from type tests,it proposes operation simulation experiment system and methods to simulate on-site operation conditions of smart meters properly on the basis of the principle of consistency,difference and feasibility.According to experiment methods,it introduces methods for operation performance evaluation and presents the application examples.
