介绍了江苏电网已建立的时钟设备时间同步状态监测系统,并分析了常规变电站与智能变电站二次设备时间同步状态监测实施方案.重点解读了国调中心关于时间同步监测管理功能实施方案,从系统整体架构、主厂站时间同步状态监测信息流及各子系统的具体实施细则进行了分析.并对江苏电网前期开展的电力系统时间同步状态监测技术方案与国调中心关于时间同步管理功能实施方案进行了比较,最后对时间同步状态在线监测技术在江苏电网工程应用进行了介绍,基于智能电网调度控制系统(D5000)平台实现了变电站授时设备和被授时设备的时间同步状态监测.
Application Analysis of Time Synchronization State On-Line Monitoring Technology for Power System
This paper introduces the time synchronization state monitoring system of clock device in Jiangsu power grid,and analyzes the secondary equipment time synchronization status monitoring implementation scheme for the conventional substation and intelligent substation.Then it emphatically interprets the time synchronization monitoring management implementation scheme,proposed by National Dispatching Control Center,which contained specific rules for the implementation,information flow and the overall architecture of each subsystem.And the scheme of the time synchronization state monitoring system of power system in Jiangsu power grid is compared with the scheme proposed by National Dispatching Control Center of the time synchronization state monitoring system.The engineering applications of on-line monitoring technology of time synchronization in Jiangsu power grid are introduced.Time synchronization state monitoring system has been implemented based on the D5000 platform of smart grid dispatching and control system.
