摘要
供电可靠性管理深入到电力企业的各个部门,不是单个部门能解决可靠性提升的问题,需要所有部门的努力才能共同予以解决,介绍了一种新的可靠性的指标体系,和一种关联可靠性指标体系的可靠性投资方法.
Abstract
Power supply reliability has been involved in the power company management.Its improvement depends on the joint efforts of all sections.This paper introduces a new reliability index system and a related reliability investment method.
