Reliability Evaluation Methods for Double-Ring Connection Mode of Switching Station in Distribution Network
To meet the demands of power-supply reliability in central urban areas,double-ring connection mode which is one of the new wiring patterns with more reliable structure and operational feasibility,is getting wider usage.It is necessary to study the reliability of assessment methods appropriate to provide a basis for the construction and operation of the distribution network of the new switching station.The paper presents a new switching station reliability assessment method that improves the original effective electricity load calculation method,considering the high-end failure events and time-consuming to calculate load transfer load electricity validity,and thus reliability index is calculated to achieve an accurate assessment of the reliability of the new connection mode.Finally,the application of the assessment carried out for calculation models demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
