一种基于GIS的大范围输电线路覆冰分布绘制方法

针对大区域输电线路冰区分布图绘制步骤烦琐、模型准确性不高等关键问题,采用贵州地区气象观测站多年逐日气象要素资料进行分析,提取了输电线路覆冰影响相关因素,并运用GIS空间分析方法对各覆冰因子进行关联性验证;根据数据资料建立地形因子数据库;将各相关因子进行栅格化处理,并采用多元回归空间几何分析法对各因子进行分析,在此基础上进行导线覆冰特征划分,建立输电线路覆冰分布模型.本文从冰雪灾害事故的形成机理出发,对各气象因子进行关联性分析,解决了大区域输电线路冰区分布图绘制的关键技术问题;通过建立的模型得到的贵州地区输电线路覆冰分布图,可模拟出贵州地区覆冰分布规律.
GIS-Based Drawing Method for Wide-Range Transmission Line Icing Distribution
In view of the complexity of drawing distribution maps of ice region and the low precision of the models,this paper analyzes the long-term meteorological records in Guizhou.Extract the related factors for transmission line icing ; use GIS spatial analysis method to conduct the correlation verification of the icing factors; establish terrain factors database; rasterize the related factors; analyze various factors using the method of multiple regression spatial geometry.Thereupon,the conductor ice-coating characteristics are classified,and transmission line ice distribution model is established.This paper started from the formation mechanism of ice and snow disasters and accidents,and made correlation analysis of various meteorological factors.It solves the key technical problems in drawing large-area transmission line ice distribution maps.The established model helps to obtain the transmission lines ice distribution map of Guizhou region,and accurately simulate the ice distribution regularity in Guizhou.
