摘要
通过创新二次设备管理方法,利用信息化平台建设,多途径获取二次设备状态量,将二次设备管理由“装置级”细化至“插件级”,整合装置运行状态数据、告警信息等支撑数据平台提供的数据,通过二次设备智能诊断、故障定位等手段,提升专业管理工作并将二次设备检修模式由“被动检修”向“主动检修”转变.
Abstract
This paper aims to propose innovative method for secondary equipment management.The information platform construction helps to acquire access to secondary equipment status through multipe channels.Refine the secondary equipment management from the "unit level" to "plug-in level" ; integrate the data provided by the supporting data platform,including device running state data,alarm information,etc.Secondary equipment intelligent diagnosis and fault location are applied to promote professional management and transform the secondary equipment maintenance mode from "passive maintenance" to "active maintenance".
