Building and operating power grid assets is one of the main businesses in State grid Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company (SMEPC).It is significant to enhance the life cycle management (LCM) of billions of gird assets.And fixed asset investment is a important part of asset LCM.SMEPC managed to improve investment management on the basis of the total life cycle management standard system of State Grid Corporation.Propose the wholeprocess management concept for fixed asset investment,and applythe management measures around management elements such as the investment objectives,investment planning,investment performance monitoring and evaluation,investment management informationization support,investment management continuous improvement,effectively improving the fixed assets investment management level and cooperating with the life-cycle management strategies for whole corporate assets.
