摘要
退补电量的核算是开展电量退补工作的前提和关键点,而直接核算法是众多退补电量核算方法中最具理论性、最为直观,也最易于客户双方认可的方法.提出了“直接核算三步法”确定电能计量差错的退补电量方法,介绍了核定误差或更正系数——核定差错电量——计算退补电量三步法具体步骤,并结合高压熔丝故障实例,应用三步法核算退步电量.
Abstract
Computation of electricity withdrawal and compensation is a prerequisite and key point for carrying out this work.Direct-computation method is the most theoretical and intuitive,and the easiest for customers.Therefore,this paper presents direct-computation three-steps method to determine electricity withdrawal and compensation of electrical energy measurement errors.It introduces three-steps method,i.e.,the error verification and coefficient correction,verification of electrical energy measurement errors,calculation of electricity withdrawal and compensation.Finally,the three-step method was applied to a case of high voltage fuse failure.
