基于改进CFLP模型的电力企业物资存储策略研究

摘要
加强A省电力企业物资仓储配送管理,优化存储策略,对降低存储成本,提高管理水平和增加电力企业的经济效益是十分必要的.概述了A省电力企业物资存储特点,并根据常用的物资存储方法,在传统CFLP方法的基础上提出了基于改进2D-MM-CFLP模型的A省电力企业物资存储策略,且针对A省电力公司几类寄售物资进行了应用,为电力企业的管理者进行物资仓储配送体系优化提供了模型借鉴和决策依据,为提升仓储资源集约化管理水平指明方向.
Abstract
Strengthening the materials supplies warehousing and distribution management and optimizing the storage strategy are very improtant for reducing the storage cost,improving the management level and increasing economic benefits of power enterprises in A province.At first,this paper summarizes the materials storage characteristics of power enterprises in A province.Then according to the commonly-used material storage method,and on the basis of traditional CFLP method,it proposes the supplies storage strategy based on an improved 2D-MM-CFLP model,and applies the strategy to several kinds of consignment goods in electric power companies of A province.This research provides model reference and decision-making basis for the electric power enterprise managers in material storage and distribution system optimization,and helps to enhance the level of storage resource intensive management.
