摘要
基于国内外分布式光伏发展现状,分析德国、日本和美国具有代表性的分布式光伏上网电价策略,针对我国分布式光伏并网存在的障碍,提出合理的分布式光伏上网电价政策建议.
Abstract
This paper introduces the distributed photovoltaic feed-in tariff policies in China and Germany,Japan,the United States,analyzes their successful experiences in distributed photovoltaic feed-in tariff mechanism.Inspired from the above experiences,this paper makes suggestions to build China's distributed photovoltaic feed-in tariff.
