摘要
介绍了石膏晶体的结构与典型形貌,研究了运行中石灰石—石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统石膏样品晶体生长的现状,分析了浆液中镁盐、铝盐对石膏晶体生长及脱硫系统运行的影响,讨论了工况频繁变化导致石膏晶体粒径分布变化的原因,为运行系统有效控制石膏晶体的结晶生长过程提供参考.
Abstract
This paper introduces the structure and typical morphology of gypsum crystal,researches the present situation of gypsum crystal growth in the limestone samples of the operating wet flue gas desulfurization system,analyzes the influence of slurry of magnesium salt and aluminum salt on gypsum crystal growth and the desulfurization system,and discusses the causes for gypsum crystal size distribution changes due to frequent change of working condition,providing the reference to effectively controlling the crystallization of gypsum crystal growth process in the operating system.
