Operation Mode of Residual Current General Protector in Low-Voltage District Based on Information Management
The residual current general protector in low-voltage district (hereinafter referred to as general protector),is the basis of safe electricity consumption in rural low-voltage grid.This paper describes the architecture and composition of on-line monitoring system for general protector,as well as the basic functions of the system master station,introduces how to use the system to carry out daily operation and management of the general protector,and puts forward the evaluation index and methods for the operation and management.Then,illustration is made on the conditionbased maintenance of low-voltage network equipments by the means of information management,advanced actives service for rush repairs of low-voltage lines,and the fine management of safe electricity use in rural area.
