A Novel Method for Power Grid Topology Identification Based on Incidence Matrix Simplification
Power grid topology identification is the basis for a variety of analytical calculations. This paper proposes a novel method for power grid topology identification based on incidence matrix simplification with a view to solving the low efficiency problem of the traditional matrix method. This method uses the node-branch incidence matrix to present the power grid topology structure.Based on Boolean vectors " and" and " or" algorithm and principle of node merging, the incidence matrix is modified and simplified in order to realize the power grid topology identification. The data and algorithm of bus analysis and system analysis are unified, and rapid dynamic topology analysis after network state change is achieved by local topology. The case study and application in some province power gird topology have verified the feature and validity of this method.Compared with the traditional matrix method, this method does not require complex matrix calculation, suitable for rapid topology analysis of complex power grid.
