2011-2013年国家电网公司输电线路故障跳闸统计分析

随着电网规模不断扩大、负荷持续增加,自然灾害和外力破坏等导致输电线路故障跳闸呈高发态势.为防止大面积停电事故的发生,需不断总结电网故障特点及其规律.总结了2011-2013年国家电网公司66kV及以上交直流输电线路故障跳闸情况,以2013年为例,从电压等级、故障原因等多层面详尽深入分析,并对电网运行影响较大的故障、同杆或同一输电通道线路“N-2”故障进行统计.结合电网运行实际、电力生产面临新形势和特高压互联电网的发展,提出了相关建议,对电网实时运行具有一定的指导意义.
Statistical Analysis of Transmission Line Fault Tripping in State Grid Corporation of China in 2011-2013
With the expansion of power grid and increase of power load,natural disasters and external force damages result in more and more transmission line trips.In order to prevent large-area blackout and improve the power system reliability,it's necessary to review continuously the grid fault characteristics and pattern.This paper summarizes and analyzes 66kV and above AC/DC transmission line fault trips of State Grid Corporation of China from 2011 to 2013 using the annual operation data.The year of 2013 was taken as an example,and in-depth analysis has been conducted from the aspect of voltage levels,causes and so on.And the serious faults of power grid and " N-2" line failures in the same transmission channel were analyzed.At last,this paper discusses the existent main problems with typical cases,analyzed the weak points of the operating systems and proposes some suggestions.
