摘要
以供电停电事件信息传递路径为主线建立供电停电事件可靠性准确性分析方法,对影响供电停电事件在可靠性系统中自动集成确认率偏低的因素进行探究.在提出的方法基础上,开展实际案例研究,对各个环节的数据进行逐条分析,研究结果表明按照此方法进行的全过程分析,有效发现了各个环节中影响最终可靠性系统中自动集成率偏低的各类原因.最后就案例研究中发现的问题,提出提高供电停电事件自动集成确认率的建议,进一步加强电能质量在线监测系统的实用化水平.
Abstract
This paper formulates the power supply blackout event reliability accuracy analysis method with the power outage event information transmission path as the mainline,and explores the factors affecting the identification rate of power outage event in the automatic integration reliability system.Thereupon,the actual case studies were conducted,and detailed data analysis in each link was made.The results showed that this analysis method effectively discovered the reasons.In view of the problems found in the case study,this research puts forward suggestions for improving power outage event automatic integration identification rate,with a view to further strengthening the practicality of power quality online monitoring system.
