摘要
通过综合分析设备基础信息、运行环境、现场检验记录、历史数据、运行工况等方面的数据,以一个0~10之间连续变化并与时间相关的单一数值(健康指数HI)来反映电能计量装置中每一类设备的运行状态.根据设备出厂日期、投运日期、安装环境以及电网运行环境,得到设备初始健康指数,再根据实际运行中遇到的检验数据、历史数据、运行工况等各种状况折算成系数来修正初始健康指数,最终得到设备当前状态的健康指数,从而对电能计量装置的运行工况做出评价.
Abstract
In this paper,a time-related single value (health index) between 0-10 is adopted to reflect the running state of each type of energy metering devices based on the comprehensive analysis of devices' basic information,operating environment,on-site test records,historical data,operating conditions and other aspects.To be more specific,acquire the equipment initial health index on the basis of the equipment manufacture date,commissioning date,installation environment and grid operating environment; then fix the initial health index using the converted coefficient from a variety of conditions encountered in the actual operation,such as the inspection data,historical data,operating conditions; finally obtain the device current state health index,and evaluate the operating conditions of energy metering devices.
