变压器热路模型和负荷智能控制技术研究

提出了对变压器顶层油温及绕组热点温度计算的热路模型法,该方法需要对变压器的传热过程进行研究,并建立热路模型.通过建立变压器负荷智能控制平台,实测及计算出的数据,提供变压器增容的合理依据并能有效规避因为增容带来的风险,且能根据变压器实际运行工况,自动控制冷却器的投切,有效降低了变压器运行功耗,最大限度地提高了变压器运行效率.
Transformer Thermal Circuit Model and Intelligent Control Technology
This paper proposes the thermal circuit model to calculate the transformer top oil temperature and winding hot-point temperature.This method demands studying the heat transfer process of transformer and establishing the thermal circuit model.Through the setup of transformer load intelligent control platform,the measured and calculated data,the reasonable basis for transformer capacity expansion is formulated and the expansion risks can be prevented.Besides,according to the actual transformer operation,automatic control over the cooler can effectively reduce the power consumption of transformer operation,and maximally increase the transformer operation efficiency.
