摘要
当电网中某一设备退出运行时,若同时再发生故障,将有可能造成大面积停电事件.在充分参考国内其他省市相关准则的基础上,提出适合上海市电网情况的检修情况下N-1可靠性准则,并通过分析上海市220 kV电网中线路、通道及主变在检修情况下N-1的失负荷情况,验证了上海市220 kV电网检修情况下N-1的可靠性.
Abstract
Currently,large-scale power outage may occur the fault of some out-of-operation device in grid may result in.Based on the full reference to the N-1 reliability of 220kV power grid under maintenance of other provinces and cities,this paper proposes the criteria for Shanghai Grid.The N-1 reliability criteria has been verified by analyzing the load loss of Shanghai 220kV power grid when its lines,channels or transformers are under maintenance.
