摘要
介绍了一种智能变电站监控培训系统,该系统由调度主站系统和智能变电站监控培训子站组成.智能变电站监控培训子站采用相同配置不同厂家产品组成.系统具备智能变电站监控系统组态调试及远动设备与数据组态调试仿真功能,实现了IEC 61850技术框架下不同智能变电站监控系统特性对比,可满足智能变电站监控系统组态调试、故障处理等技能培训与考核需求.
Abstract
This paper introduces a kind of intelligent substation monitor training system,consisting of a dispatching master station and sub smart training stations.The sub smart substation system is composed of devices of the same configuration produced by different manufacturers.The system has the simulation function for intelligent substation monitor system configuration debugging and remote device and data configuration debugging,applicable in comparing the monitor systems of different intelligent substations under the IEC 61850 technical framework.This proposed method can meet the skill training and examination requirements for intelligent substation monitoring and control system configuration,debugging and troubleshooting.
