运用协同管理的核心理念,借鉴国际大型电网企业的最佳实践,国家电网重庆公司建立了以资源整合、纵向贯通、横向协同、系统集成、信息共享、高效运转为特征的协同管理体系,促进了公司整体绩效不断提升,经济效益明显提高,电网运行安全稳定,重庆经济社会发展得到保障.
Abstract
This paper adopted the core idea of collaborative management,and learned from the best practices of international large power grid enterprises.In State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company,the collaborative management system was established,characteristic of resource integration,longitudinal connection,horizontal coordination,system integration,information sharing,efficient operation.It can promote the corporate overall performance,improve economic benefits,ensure the security and stability of power grid operation,and guarantee economic and social development in Chongqing City.
