摘要
借鉴现代企业绩效评价理论,“经济增加值”为核心管理要素,以“抓源头、控过程、重结果”为基本管理思路,构建覆盖电网核心资源和核心业务全业务链,多层次、全方位、功能完备的运营绩效评价体系,为评价电网企业整体运营绩效提供借鉴.
Abstract
Learning from modern corporate performance evaluation theory,this paper takes " economic value added (EVA) " as the core management elements; and " catch the source,control process and emphasize result" as the basic management ideology.Thereby,it builds up the whole business chain covering power grid core resources and core business,and formulates the multi-level,comprehensive and fully functional operation performance evaluation system,providing reference for the overall operating performance evaluation in power grid enterprises.
