摘要
政府、企业、社会团队等各种组织越来越依靠信息系统进行运营管理,由于信息系统日益复杂、动态变化且与管理问题交织,一些组织内部出现了信息系统实用化程度不良的现象,影响了信息化效能的发挥.分析了信息系统应用存在的问题,总结相关管理领域最佳实践,提出建立信息系统应用成熟度评价模型,构建通用的信息系统应用水平评价体系.该模型的有效性在某大型电力企业实际应用中得到了验证.
Abstract
The government,enterprises,social groups and other organizations increasingly rely on information system for operation and management.As the information system has become more and more complex,including dynamic changes,and intertwining with management problems,and adverse phenomena for information system usage have emerged in some organizations,therefore affecting the information and management efficiency.This paper analyzes the existing problems in information system application,summarizes the best practices in related management fields,proposes establishing information system application maturity evaluation model.The applicability and effectiveness of the model has been validated by the practical application in a large power enterprise.
