摘要
绩效管理体系是电力企业实现公司发展和战略目标实现的重要工具.在绩效管理体系构建中,引入过程模式,绩效管理体系的指标体系建立、绩效目标设定、绩效过程监控、绩效考核等环节中,均与企业的过程管理相结合,促进了指标的全面性和关联性,加强了绩效监控的有效性,提升了绩效改进的落地性,更好地发挥了绩效管理体系的作用.
Abstract
Performance management system is an important tool for electric power enterprises to realize the corporate development and the strategic objective implementation.In the construction of performance management system,this paper introduces the concept of process model.The process management is combined with every stage of performance management,such as the index system establishment,performance target setting,performance process monitoring,performance appraisal,etc.The enterprises can promote the comprehensiveness and correlation of the index system,strengthen the effectiveness of monitoring performance,and enhance the implementation of performance improvement.So the performance management system can play the better role.
