优质的供电服务对民生和社会、经济发展具有重要意义.基于公平原则对当前需求侧电价制度的影响作浅略探讨,提出的建议综合考虑了社会福利、节能等基本原则.
Abstract
High-quality power supply service is of great significance to the people's livelihood and social and economic development.Based on the fair principle,this paper explores the influence of current demand-side electricity pricing system,and put forward suggestions considering the basic principles of social welfare and energy saving.
