超(超)临界机组汽轮机通流部分有3种典型的结垢、沉积和腐蚀类型:中、高压缸的铁垢沉积和钠盐沉积以及低压缸的氯离子沉积和腐蚀.通过对3种结垢、沉积和腐蚀类型的典型特征、原因机理、危害程度的深入分析,提出了循环化学控制的关键点、优化途径和预防措施.
Corrosive and Sedimentary Characteristics of Flow Path in Ultra-Supercritical Turbine and Countermeasures
There are three typical types of scaling,deposition and corrosion in the flow path of ultra-supercritic turbine,i.e.iron scale deposits and sodium salt deposits in medium-high pressure cylinder,and the chloride ion deposition and corrosion in low pressure cylinder.Based on the in-depth analysis of their typical characteristics,causative mechanism and the hazard levels,this paper puts forward the key points,optimization approaches and preventive measures of cycle chemical control.
